Overview

Poultry includes chickens, ducks and turkeys.

• Chickens lay different colors of eggs, not just white or brown. Depending on the breed, chickens can lay blue, green, and even pink eggs.
• Chickens are the closest living relatives of dinosaurs (Tyrannosaurus Rex).
